The Valley of the Kings is small and many of its locations coincide with other quests, so clearing the entire region will be easy. The four golden ? are tombs that lead to various underworlds, so there aren't technically any objectives for them.
Location: Desecraters' Camp
Location: The middle ? in a cluster of golden ones.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure
You visit this place as a part of the quest Burnt Offerings. The treasure is in an underground cave leading to another tomb.
Location: Pillagers' Hideout
Location: South of the Desecraters' Camp.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure
After visiting the Desecraters' Camp as part of the Burnt Offerings quest, you'll come here to take back what belongs to the villagers. It'll play out just the same as that place did, meaning that it'll be a quick completion.
Location: Tomb Robbers' Hideout
Location: To the northeast of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
There are a handful of bandits here, as you'd expect. They're not too hard to fight all at once.
Location: Unknown Tomb
Location: Southwest of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
The only enemies you'll find here are outside the tomb, so this won't take long either.
