24. Assassin's Creed Origins Iment Nome

Iment Nome has only one viewpoint inside its boundaries, and has overall very little to do.

Quest: Ambush in the Temple

Suggested: Lv06

Hide ads

Reward: 900XP

Bayek's friend Menehet is located in the Yamu Temple, in the Lake Mareotis region to the north. Meet him there when you get the chance, and the two will catch up for lost time. After a little while, Menehet's children will come out to play with Bayek, and you'll then have to find them all. One will have accidentally broken loose a hyena's cage, so get ready to take it down; another has gotten stuck in a well, and you can help him out of it by destroying the thin wall at the base, revealing a tunnel to the outside. Talk to Menehet once you've found all the kids, and he'll express some discomfort over another problem.

Quest: Secrets of the First Pyramids

Suggested: Lv23

Reward: 4000XP

This quest is available only if you have it as DLC. Although you have to have to travel to Saqqara Nome to properly start the quest, you get it here after finishing the prologue. Rescue a man named Merkes from his pursuers, and he'll tell you of three artifacts. In order to get all three of them, you need to first collect the initial two. Go for the one to the far east first, because Merkes will be right outside the tomb of the pyramid to the north. The artifacts you've gathered will fit into the top of the shining pyramid, revealing the location of the final artifact.

Ride with Merkes to the site and dig up the entrance, fight off a few snakes, and you'll find the golden head of a pyramid. All you get for this quest is the 4000XP, so if you're fortunate enough to have this quest without paying for it directly, then congratulations.

Location: Divine Lion Stone Circle

Location: A bit north and to the east of the viewpoint.

Objectives: Align the Stars

Assuming everyone has the same initial placement when starting this location, you should most easily find the constellation for the Divine Lion by moving to the right. You might have to change the angle of the constellation to make it fit properly.

Location: Eremos Hideout

Location: A bit north and to the west of the viewpoint. East of the Necropolis Bandit Hideout.

Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure

This place is tied to a quest given in the region of Lake Mareotis. Given the high amount of tall grass at this camp, you should be able to whistle to grab the attention of any enemy and knock them out with ease, including the captain. You could also try destroying an oil jar and setting the grass on fire. The treasure is inside one of the tents.

Location: House of Sand Hideout

Location: Way up at the northwest point of the region.

Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure

If you come into the hideout at night, you can sneak around through a cave entrance to the south and find the captain sleeping right next to the treasure, amongst two other enemies. One will be sleeping next to the captain, and another will be facing away from you, making for a quick completion.

Location: Necropolis Bandit Hideout

Location: Northwest of Iment Nome's only viewpoint.

Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure

This place is related to a quest started in the Lake Mareotis region. If you wait until nighttime, the captain of this camp should be out in the open and can easily taken down from above. The treasure is inside the cave, and you'll have to kill a few bandits to get to it. Again, if you infiltrate the hideout at night, this is made a lot easier due to the bandits having fallen asleep.

Location: Serqet Stone Circle

Location: Far towards the northwestern edge of the region.

Objectives: Align the Stars

The constellation you're given this time is a scorpion, and its corresponding stars are located further to the right than Amun's constellation from Siwa's stone circle.
