Libue is a small region with no viewpoints, meaning you'll have to find all these locations on your own instead of having some kind of guidance from synching.
Location: Bewail Mountain Cave
Location: West of the Leopard Lair.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
There are a few enemies in this cave, and a few outside of it. They should all be pretty easy to sneak up on if that's what you're trying to do.
Location: Leopard Lair
Location: Almost directly north of Siwa's northernmost viewpoint.
Objectives: Kill Animal
The alpha leopard here is about Lv34, so be sure you're at a high enough level for fighting a few leopards.
Lion Lair
Location: Northeast of Saragina Camp.
Objectives: Kill Animal
A lion lair. The alpha lion should be around Lv34, so make sure you're prepared to fight it and its allies.
Location: Saragina Camp
Location: West of the Leopard Lair.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Kill Commander, Loot Treasure (x2)
This place is tough at Lv31 due to the captain and commander being at Lv34 and higher. I suggest only coming here once you're around Lv34 or Lv35 to make things a fair fight.
