The Aten is similar to the other underworld areas, but almost half of it consists of water.

A man in a cell is being tortured by visions. Carry him home and then talk to him about them, then offer to help him out by collecting three idols and facing off with Akhenaten during the story. Bring the idols to the man to finish the quest.

This is a subquest for Gods or Creed in which you must simply find an idol of Bastet, the cat god.

Location: Bridge of the Supplicants
Location: The bridge south of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Read the Stelae
The stelae is underwater. You don't need to bother with the enemies on the bridge.
Location: Chambers of Reflection
Location: East of the Great Temple of Aten.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x2)
This place is actually fairly small. The treasures are close together, so you won't be here long. Don't forget to destroy the symbol here.
Location: Crocodile Lair
Location: To the far west, past the West Gate.
Objectives: Kill Animal
If you don't want to land on an island filled with crocodiles, consider firing arrows at them from a boat in the water instead.
Location: East Gate
Location: To the east, north of the Tomb of the Warrior.
Objectives: Read the Stelae
The stelae is in a small building to the east. You'll have to climb behind a purple flag to get inside.
Location: Forbidden Ruins
Location: In the water, west and a bit south of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
The treasure here is underwater.
Location: Great Temple of the Aten
Location: North of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x2)
Although the temple may seem large and confusing at first glance, it's basically just a straight line. The two treasures are in this straight line, so they're easy to find.
Location: Guardians of the Aten
Location: At the entrance.
Objectives: Read the Stelae
The stelae here is at a statue. This won't take long.
Location: House of the Sacred Crocodile
Location: Southwest of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Kill Animal
In this large complex, you should find a small hole leading to the sacred crocodile. You'll have to dive into the water to leave the hole when the crocodile is dead.
Location: House of the Warriors
Location: East of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
Both treasures are in the same house. Two Anubis priests keep watch over it.
Location: King's House
Location: East of the Royal Palace.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x2)
There are no enemies here. One of the treasures is in a house with a door that you have to bust apart.
Location: Royal Barracks
Location: East of the King's House.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Kill Commander, Loot Treasure (x2)
The Royal Barracks is a very large location, making up the entire island that it's on. The treasures are easy to find, but one of the leading soldiers might be way off to the east.
Location: Royal Palace
Location: South of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure
The palace is split into two halves. There's the scorpion half (with a symbol you need to destroy for the story) and there's a guard half, which is where you'll find the captain. It's really easy to jump down onto the captain from above, eliminating the toughest enemy from the guard half. The treasure is underneath the palace; look for a tunnel with Senu and you'll be led to a snake-ridden room with the treasure inside.
Location: Serqet's Garden
Location: To the northeast, fairly unique on the map.
Objectives: Kill Animal
This is one of the locations you need to complete for the Sting in the Tale achievement. Very high-leveled scorpions protect this altar, and you'll probably have a bad time fighting them regardless of your strategy, even at Lv55. You should consider firing arrows at the scorpions from the base of one of the black statues high up on the wall. They'll only be able to spit poison at you from the ground, and the Favor of Osiris skill makes this even easier.
Location: Shrine of Akhenaten
Location: West of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x2)
The treasures here are easy to find. The temple one requires you to climb through a window inside of it.
Location: Tomb of the Warrior
Location: To the far east.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure
There are only about five or so enemies here, so you shouldn't find killing the captain too tedious, especially since there's lots of grass here.
Location: Vault of the Aten
Location: On an island east of the bridge; southeast of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
Dive underwater to the west to get inside the vault. The treasure will be very close to a symbol you need to destroy for the story.
Location: West Gate
Location: West of the viewpoint and the Shrine of Akhenaten.
Objectives: Read the Stelae
The stelae is in a room filled with vases. Just bust open the door and break them so you can read the stelae.
Location: Wharf of the Aten
Location: To the northwest.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Kill Commander, Loot Treasure (x2)
One of the two important soldiers will be guarding one of the treasures, and the other should be with the symbol you need to destroy for the story.
