This region is a very quick one to complete, especially since there are no cities and only one viewpoint throughout the whole thing. There aren't any quests, either.
Location: Abandoned Trireme
Location: East of Dasos Hideout, which is north of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
The trireme here is obviously void of enemies, so there won't be much to do other than swim down and grab the treasure that fell off the ship.
Location: Dasos Hideout
Location: North of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure
The treasure is very close to an objective for the quest The Old Library from Sapi-Res Nome. You might want to start that quest first before coming here. The captain is pretty tough, too, so try to sneak up on him if you can help it.
Location: Hathor Stone Circle
Location: Southeast of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Align the Stars
Another stone circle. These aren't exactly the hardest things to do.
Location: Khem Trireme
Location: At the port of Letopolis, but technically in this region.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
I'm fairly certain there are supposed to be guards on this trireme, but there weren't any when I went to it. It doesn't matter anyway, because the treasure is underwater.
Location: Khensu Anchorage
Location: In the water between Letopolis and the main island of Ka-Khem Nome.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
For this ship, you might want to try shooting at the enemies on board from afar. Hopefully you're at a high enough level that headshots will be able to kill the soldiers instantly, making your trip on-deck a lot easier.
Location: Lion Lair
Location: At the southern tip of the main island.
Objectives: Kill Animal
Lions aren't really that hard to kill for some reason, even when unarmed. But it's always a good idea to try and land a headshot with an arrow before you engage them.
Location: Sebennytos Shipwreck
Location: West of Dasos Hideout, which is north of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x2)
This is an easy underwater location to complete. The water is pretty shallow, so you won't spend much time here.
