The Red Sea of Sinai contains only three locations.
Location: Red Sea Trireme
Location: Sailing all across the Red Sea, occasionally stopping at harbors.
Objectives: Kill Captain
Climb up the back of the trireme and wait for the captain to come into view so you can assassinate him, then just leave or take care of the rest of the enemies to return to safety.
Location: The Bowels of the Sinai
Location: In the water east of Arsinoe. It's got a lighter blue tint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x3)
Three treasures are spread out throughout a shipwreck and an underwater crevice. Even with the Breath Holding Champion skill, you'll very likely have to come up for air at least once.
Location: The Turquoise Island
Location: The small island at the top of the region.
Objectives: Find a place to rest
Climb to the top of the island for a skill point. The game won't let you come here until the story is complete.
