You will first have to buy the prestige upgrade Fortune cookies. Every ten seconds there is a new news article. When it is green, click on it. You have now one Fortuna upgrade in the shop. There are a total of 24 upgrades that you need to buy. Remember for the achievement you need to have all 24 at the same time. It doesn't help to click on the news item. It should display a new message by itself.

Tip:
*You could use metronome. Set this to 6 BMP.
*Fortune #019 is the most expensive one and is around 123 sexdecillion
loco_alien_505Ever since the update that added the final building (You), Cookie Clicker added the Fortune #020, and IT is now the most expensive Fortune upgrade. After all the discount upgrades, Fortune #020 costs 35.72 Septillion. So now there are 25 Fortune upgrades.

You may want to update the guide, but I still gave you an upvote either way.
