Unlocking this achievement simply requires you to visit all three Coastline Mining quarries in Utah. There is one in:
1. Salt Lake City
2. Carson City
3. Vernal
Despite what the American Truck Simulator wiki says, you do not need to complete a delivery to these locations to unlock the achievement. You are free to visit them in free roam if you wish.
