Run the game and make sure the mod is installed by clicking on "ADD-ONS".

Once you've verified, select "MUTATIONS", choose Jockey Rush and start The Last Stand.

Keep walking until you reach the area where the plane loses an engine—here jockeys will appear.

Fight until there are no more and then restart the campaign.
