It's a pretty simple and intuitive achievement, pick a corpse (i killed a fort's guard and put on my horse) and head over to whatever predators you can find - i found a lion - get close enough to the lion so he can detect you, drop the corse and walk away.
As soon as the lion notices the corpse and starts eating you get the achievement.
