  If Playing On Neutral Starting Standing With Exiles, About 2 Hours Into Your Game, A Trade Offer *Might* Appear.
  - Click The Offer, Then Click Change.
  
  Make Sure The Gauge In The Middle Of The Trade Ends Up Green. (Towards The Thumbs Up)
  - Then Click "Trade", Achievement Pops.
  
  Alternatively, You Can Find The Epicenter Of The Exiles Village, Click It And Propose Your Own Trade.
