  Achievement's been unobtainable since the release of the game. You can get this achievement to unlock on the Xbox/Playstation by playing with hosts from South America/Asia. However, the same method has never been proven to work for the Steam version.
  
  The multiplayer servers for Steam have also been broken since around May 2022.

  This achievement was earnable via a VPN on Brazilian servers at the time, and the achievement was earned in January 2022, months before the servers broke.

  I did scour the entire internet. There was only one person claiming that the achievement was achievable on PC, and that person's story had more holes in it than the Titanic.
  
  You're literally the second person ever to claim that the achievement could be achieved on PC with a VPN on brazilian servers.
  
  The steam post you linked doesn't prove anything, I even messaged some of the posters in that topic to verify.
