TrueAchievements and in the comments, Skate 323 actually listed each item. So I will go ahead and summarize just in case, but please do be sure to give both of them credit.
Start out a new game with a child in your group or take a child into your group. Each build-able workshop has options to where you can teach when crafting certain items. This means that every workbench, including upgraded versions, is teachable to the child. Here is a complete list of what you need to teach a child to make:
+ Fuel
+ Food
+ Water filter
+ Clean water
+ Animal trap
+ Fertilizer
+ Herbs
+ Cigarette
+ Home grown tobacco
+ Rolled up cigarette
+ Bandages
+ Vegetables
+ Quality roll up cigarette
