Technical Requirements: Win the match ON THE WINNING ROUND after you are in 'danger' state (a noise plays) and your opponent has 90%-100% health.

Easiest Method: Play with a friend or second controller, win the first match, then whittle your health down with player 2 (front punch does least damage...good for not going overboard). Once you hear the danger noise, proceed to beat player 2's ass for the win.
