You must play esports mode and beat the entire game in a relatively short period of time. I got it with a time of 22:18, which wasn't terribly difficult with the limo shrinker (which you'll want to use throughout the mode).
Note that YOU CANNOT PAUSE WHILE DOING THIS. Or, more accurately, you can, but the timer will continue to tick away regardless. You must do this all in one continuous sitting.
