Best way to farm this would be to start up No Mercy - Chapter 1 on Expert.

Incap all your teammates at once, then revive them. To make sure the bots don't revive them, incap them again quickly.

Eventually the survivors will die, so just vote to restart the campaign. Rinse and repeat.
