This achievement is very easy to get; simply go into the options, max out the text speed and auto-text speed, change "skip" to "All Messages", then start a new game and press "skip". This will allow you to skip through the entire game to the end. You will then gain a second option on the main screen to click on; you must click on that, and skip all of that as well, to get the achievement.
Note that the game can be beaten normally simply by reading through the whole thing.
