While recording your actions in any level- if you are able to do so- use a paint bucket as your recorded self then look at the painted message as your normal self.

Note: This does not consume a paint bucket.
ooEVILGOATooEDIT: You enter C2 facing a pink door on a church, there is a paint pot behind an orange tree in some shade on your right at the building itself, then turn to face the portal, second puzzle on you right is "the short wall", enjoy!
