Not incredibly difficult. Vanquish the darkness around two taken with your Flashlight and wait until they are within close proximity to each other, then blast them. On the easier difficulty, one shot with the shotgun usually means instant death. Make sure they are fairly close to you, as the Shotgun doesn't have a very long range.
