There are 33 Demiguise statues spread around the game. Only 7 of them require Alohomora II. They will not show up on the world map, but the statue counts are displayed in each region to help track your progress.
First, start the main quest: The Caretaker's Lunar Lament to learn Alohomora I and begin collecting the statues. After finding 9 statues (check your inventory), return to the caretaker to learn Alohomora II. Then, after finding another 13 statues, return again for Alohomora III. The Achievement will pop after finding all 33 Demiguise statues.
