This achievement is pretty skill and luck based. I would suggest playing team objective due to those modes have the potential to last the longest. My method was to play attacking team and try and headshot the defensive archers as they are the most likely to be staying still.
Be sure to account for gravity so you will have to aim slightly above the head with the amount varying depending on the distance to the target.
