(For 100% See Missing Jewels? At The Bottem)
Go Past The Turtle Master To The Next Area, And There Is A Climbable Ladder Up To A Chef And His Cooking Pot.

Turtles Will Come Out Of The Pipes in The Area, And You Must Headbutt Them All into The Water.
I Think The Pattern Of Turtle Spawns Is
- Furthest Away Pipe
- Then Middle Pipe
- Then Unused Pipe Of The Three
They Also Have Audio Cues On Spawn.

I Think You Can Flame The Turtles Too, But Headbutting All Of Them Is The Only Way To Make The Achievement Pop.
Achievement Pops At End Of Second Round.
