To get this achievement, simply pick up a heavy weapon and throw it to the ground for an ally to pick it up. It works with these weapons: S7 SNIPER, M41 SPNKR, SKEWER, CINDERSHOT, ENERGY SWORD, ANTIGRAV HAMMER. Here is a video guide to help you.
