Tricky achievement here, as you can notice, fire the Vulcan Minigun without releasing the trigger won't last for 25 seconds.

The trick is to Ace the "Bullet Storm" skill in the enforcer tree.
Afterwards, in game, just deploy an ammo bag on the floor and immediatly fire the Vulcan Minigun without releasing the trigger. It will easily last more than 25 seconds and the achievement will pop immediately!
