The spot that did it for me was the bridge immediately after defending Cortana. Right after she's locked the Didact out of the system, run to the middle of that bridge, where all the Crawlers will be funneling in. Even if you don't immediately smash three in one hit, it's possible that you'll have knocked one or two off, which should also count.
