You can easily complete this achievement solo without the console. Create a new game on "cp_foundry" and select either team. Choose Engineer with any loadout.
When the round starts, capture the third control point. Then, run to the fourth control point (CP4) and build a teleporter entrance as close to the control point as possible. DO NOT capture CP4 yet!
Next, run to the final control point (CP5) inside the enemy base and build your teleporter exit as close to CP5 as possible. Then run back to the teleporter entrance.
Start capturing CP4. Right before control point is captured, hop on the teleporter entrance. You will capture CP4 while the teleporter starts up and then capture CP5 when you emerge from the teleporter exit. The achievement should unlock at this point.
Timing is key. If you don't hop on the teleporter until CP4 is already captured, you won't capture CP5 quickly enough. The key is to hop on the teleporter just before CP4 is captured.
