Go into Edit Mode and create a scenario with 8 players and set all of the factions. Build 4 castle walls in a square shape and fill the inside with your units (Archers are quickest) then fill the remaining factions with 1 Villager each.

Keep spamming test scenario and you can farm the achievements for all kill/victory achievements quickly.
