Boosting method:

Download the easyhostage_v2.bsp map from FPSbanana:
http://css.gamebanana.com/maps/162139

Copy the map to your maps folder, which is located inside your Steam Library folder, where the game is installed (Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\maps)

Load up the game, choose Create Server and pick easyhostage_v2.bsp as map. No need to add bots. Join Team CT and rescue some hostages :)
