One easy way to cheese this achievement is to start a Single player campaign on Expert difficulty, kill all the bots, change it to Easy difficulty, and progress far enough to rescue all 3 of them in a closet. Play it on the "Flu Season" mutation to make it even easier, as the game will only spawn Boomer and Spitter.
