This achievement is currently bugged on Steam, so it is impossible to get without Steam Achievement Manager.
Spartan9209With today's (March 3rd 2020) update (release of Halo CE) this achievement unlocked for me upon loading the main menu. I had completed the conditions for the achievement weeks ago but due to the mentioned bug, it didn't unlock. That no longer appears to be the case!
