For this achievement I recommend you to create a server load the map "cs_office". After you joined a team, go to the room with a bunch of PCs and break 15 props with your weapons such as:
* Cups
* Monitors
* System units
And more you can find, that breaks.
After you break at least 15 props, the achievement will unlock.
