Legit method?

Just play Medic. Can take anywhere between 20-30 hours of legitimate gameplay.

Boosting method?

Get a friend to play as Soldier and you as Medic. Keep Healing the Soldier and have them constantly shoot the ground to harm themselves. You will accumulate healing points much faster this way.
