In order to receive containers, must first reach Account Level 4 which you'll get inevitably by just playing battles. Once you have unlocked the ability to receive them, you can get 3 containers a day by earning 2,000 12,500 and 37,000 Ship XP in a single day, so just get all 3 containers for 33 days.
You can also get additional containers through additional means like the armoury and premium store as well as when Wargaming do Twitch Drops or with special events.
