The Calendar Man is imprisoned in a cell inside the Solomon Wayne Courthouse. On the wall adjacent to his cell door is a calendar with 12 specific dates circled in red. You must interact with the Calendar Man on each of these dates; the easiest way is to interact with him, save&quit, and then change the date on your PC or console (staying offline is best) to each of these dates. They can be done in any order.
