Holding the punch button with Kulshedra equipped will bring an appropriate enemy towards you (some enemies resist this, particularly if they're enraged) in the air. Then simply use the hitbox of that enemy to jump off of them again. You can do this over and over again and it's basically necessary to complete one of the Alfheim's.
