Easiest done on a dual map on settler difficulty, select marathon and go conquer your opponent city before 350 BC to get that achievement at the same time. Use the early archers to grind down the opponents army/city. have at least two or three of them before starting the war. use the starting warrior as damage absorbing unit if possible.
