As of 25.05.18 this game is free for weekend. All you need to do is play some campaigns with some of free-week players.
DarukI can add that "Crash Course" and "Sacrifice" seems to be the quickest to complete and you dont need to be playing from the beginning. Just be there at the end is enough to unlock ;)

TallkidoLeft 4 Dead 2 is free to play until September 27.If you are doing this with a friend make sure he doesnt die or you wont get it. It works on easy too
