The Sky Fortress is a boss in level 23. Use Indiana Brones, get on top of it and use melee on an enemy to throw it off the fortress.

DookyFor me, the Achievment didnt unlock for hours, then i installed the Beta Version on Steam (righklick the game - properties - beta) and it unlocks instant.
