It's one easily missable achievement, but if you know how to do it, it's unmissable!
At the beginning of the chapter 9, Wheatley wants to kill you!
Just after you escape its trap (dying crushed by metallic spiked panels), Wheatley simply asks you to jump in the pit to die.
You only have to follow his good advice... and jump in the pit!
