Best way to do this is after each match, when a team or player has won the match all the losers weapons get taken away and you just have fists for about 30 seconds.
After free-for-all that means everybody but the person that came first, this gives a good opportunity to get a couple of fist kills, you won't get too many and it is a long process, but I found it to the best method that I tried.
