Click on the snorkeling green squid sitting at the bottom of the octopus-lit section of the underwater area to enable the search for the ten blue shells. Upon finding all ten, click on the blue key floating above the stack of shells next to the squid. Now click on the blue chest in the sunlit section of the underwater area to open it. A frog was hidden inside!
