Play as the Cleric from the Sacred Pool expansion. Get any follower during play, and go any space where you can lose followers(f.ex. the Chasm or the Vampire's Tower) while you have at least 1 Fate point. When you're about to lose a follower, you get the option to Resurrect them using 1 Fate point. Do this and you'll unlock the achievement.
