Starts with any Cure Mode plague.
- Use "Deploy Field Operatives", "Vaccine Research" & "Field Research".
- The player cannot use "Infection Control" or "PPE Package 1" in the game.
The player has to direct Field Operatives to countries where there are many infected, specifically countries where more than 1% of the population is infected.
You have to wait for a pop-up to appear, this is random, so sometimes it will not appear, the pop-up will say a message about the inefficiency of the field operatives and the player will get the achievement.
After this pop-up appears, the infectivity of the plague in a country will increase.
