How to unlock the Going Lethal achievement

    Just complete any mission in Hazard 5, solo or coop.

    You can choose a 1/3 cave complexity and 1/3 mission length if you struggle with this. Don't do M.U.L.E mission as you need to defend a zone at some point. Morkite or Aquarqs missions seems to be easier.
