To get this you need to have at least one of every resource at the same time in a game. It should unlock as soon as you meet the requirements. The list of resources and most common place to find them is as follows:
* Food: Grow (not sure if technically required but you'll want food anyways or all your dwarves will die)
* Gold: All levels (not sure if technically required)
* Wood: Grow or demolish trees (surface) or furniture (revealed rooms)
* Stone: Dirt levels
* Tourmaline: Dirt and Tan Stone levels
* Iron: Dirt and Tan Stone levels
* Marble: Tan Stone levels
* Titanium: Grey Stone levels
* Obsidian: Grey Stone levels
* Dreadstone: Grey Stone and Red Stone levels
* Dragonforce: Grey Stone and Red Stone levels (all levels on The Infested Mountain mission)
