This is a rather easy one to get, I do suggest that it be your 10th -15th island though for easiest play. I had gathered what I could from the previous islands creating a massive raft that I could carry a lot of crates(30+) around with me.
Then I tied this in with the farming achievement Green Thumb, and Horticulturalist (ended up getting this one a bit later as I was missing the Quwawa Fruit for during the 10 day stay). If you do have a few of each fruit though I am sure it could pair easily with the Vegetarian achievement too, each fruit give you 2 food and 1 water when eaten, so it would be quite possible with 4 - 6 fruit plots, stagger the planting times so that they mature at different times instead of having 2 or 3 going bad before you eat them.
For the most part you just bomb around the island and can swim out into the reefs to find clay or fish, this is a long enough amount of time that the large crab of boar will respawn. So do keep an eye out if you are wandering aimlessly.
