While reaching 100% can be tricky with most talismans, 95 is reasonably easy. If you can't manage, remember that what counts is the area covered by paint, both covering all the needed parts and not going out of line. And the easy (but time consuming) method to succeed is not drawing lines, but individual dots. Practice a bit to see the size of the blob you make with a simple click, and after that you just have to always aim to cover the tops of lines. The bottom is easier, since it either flows there good enough, or you just have to place a dot later at a slightly lower position, so it flows where you want it.
