  It needs to be in a multiplayer server with at least one other person.
  
  Choose the Firebug Perk.
  Go to a corner.
  Let Clots and Crawlers hurt you.
  Right before you die, throw a grenade at the ground.
  The slow killing effect of the fire will get them after they start feeding on your corpse.
