How to unlock the Berserker Rites achievement

  To get this, acquire Requisition Points by completing missions quickly and with many kills. Spend them between missions on the boxes to the right and up until you reach "Berserker I."
  
  Next, capture a control point in a mission. Choose to recruit a new Berserker. Achievement will unlock immediately.
