For this achievement you will need to find the 3D printer cave (it's one of the things marked green one the map) and print the following items :

Mask - 150ml Resin
Grappling Hooks - 100ml Resin
Arrows - 50ml Resin
Tech Mesh - 250ml Resin
Sled - 1000ml Resin
Flask - 100ml Resin

PlakeThe achievement is not bugged, Endnight already confirmed that not all prinable things are available yet. The game is, after all, just released in Early Access... ;-)

Darko StanleeThey patched this achievement with April 6th update. My achievement popped when I loaded up my game today.
